Susan McElvy

Susan McElvy offers interactive, energetic workshops on Leadership, Team Building, and Customer Service. As a graduate of the Disney Institute’s Customer Service Program, her passion is building up people. Susan has experience in business management, leadership coaching, team building, customer service, and marketing and branding. She has consulted for several of the highest revenue-generating dental and orthodontic practices in America as well as many small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, ministries, and sports clubs. She is the founder of Imagine Consulting Group and excited to share her expertise with Med-Hire.

Personally, Susan lives in Kennesaw, Georgia. She has been married to her husband Chris over 20 years. Susan has two boys, Mason and Jackson. Her favorite family member hands down is her dog Hurricane! When she is not traveling around the nation speaking she is usually at the baseball field with her boys.
