Job Responsibilities
- Obtain all X-Ray images
- Work with clinicians to optimize image quality and patient experience
- Assist in coverage for MRI (training provided if needed) and C-arm used for procedures in our outpatient surgery center
- Provide radiology reports and records as needed
- Coordinate with ProScan to ensure all images are reviewed and reports obtained in a timely fashion
- Ensure any prior existing studies are sent for comparison reads through ProScan
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure when directly dealing with patients
- Basic knowledge of computer programs
- Must be able to work independently but also as part of a team
- Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA
- Background Check Required
